2nd place! Woo!!

Yes. The captain's ball thingo went pretty well. We got 2nd. 2nd prize was a complimentary movie pass, skippy peanut butter, skippy frisbee, a bear, a badge thing, a keychain thing, a water bottle, and some nice smelling body shop things.

Thanks to all who came to support us! Oh wait.. NOBODY came to support us. Pathetic or what. Okay well it's our fault partially, we didn't tell anyone to come down. Well we did, but nobody really felt like it I guess. We still got 2nd place!

There were 9 teams, 6 from SCGS (ugh) , 1 from tanglin, 1 from cedar and us. First match was us against a sec 3 netball team from SCGS. We won by 2 points, which was the least score difference amongst the first leg of matches so we had to play against the 9th team, also from SCGS, to qualify for the semi-finals. Tanglin, cedar and us each kicked out 1 scgs team, and the 5th SCGS team kicked out the last scgs team.

So the semis were us against Cedar, and SCGS vs tanglin. We beat cedar, and SCGS beat tanglin by a whopping 12 points. Which was quite sad cause tanglin consisted of basketballers and netballers. We only had 2 netballers, su and fi. And I only fumbled the ball twice! So not so bad lah.

SCGS beat us by a measly 5 points, and they had the other 5 teams of scgs inclusive of the bastard SVC volunteers cheering them on, screaming non-stop for them. It was so sad. Tanglin was nice enough to clap for us though.

For 1st prize, SCGS got 1 extra movie pass and sony alarm clocks. Haha. Kinda pathetic, apart from the extra movie ticket though. Sigh.

So yeah. It was quite enjoyable, although Hadi lost his WHOLE BAG, which had his $600 phone, $300 watch, wallet and spare clothes inside. We felt sad for him, so we treated him to lunch at long john's.

I tried sucking helium but my voice didn't go very high. Brian also didn't let inhale more than twice cause he said i'd feel light headed and won't be able to play properly.

So yah. Pictures should be up soon. I'll update when school reopens. Speaking of which, there's gonna be a geog test that I can't be arsed to study for. Besides, development is quite an easy chapter for me. And I did english! And have 3 more questions left for tuition hw, and they're maximum and minimum problems which is also quite easy.

I still don't wanna go back to school. Tomorrow will be the beginning of a semester from hell.
